Rental rates for 1 - 4 persons
EUR 280 for 5 days / 4 nights
EUR 380 for 1 week / 7 nights
EUR 680 for 2 weeks / 14 nights
EUR 880 for 3 weeks / 21 nights
EUR 1000 for 4 weeks or longer (monthly)
EUR 50 per additional day
For stays longer than a week the costs for electricity are not included. The meter will be checked on arrival and departure. The kWh is charged € 0,06 during low price hours and 0,10 Euro during peak hours.
Down Payment
30% when signing the contract. The booking is only binding after receipt of this payment.
Payment of balance
30 days before arrival date.

PayPal accept these cartes in France
I prefer payments via PayPal. This is free for you. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal to pay. If you choose PayPal, you will receive a special PayPal-invoice.
Otherwise, you can pay via international bank transfer. This is free of charge within the EU. You will receive the necessary information with the contract. When transferring money from outside the EU make sure that expenses are paid by yourself. I can only accept French checks.
Deposit
EUR 200 in cash at the handover of the keys. This amount will be refunded before departure if no damages have been identified.
Cancellation
For cancellations more than one month before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 30 days before the event there is no right to reimbursement.
Inventory
When the keys are handed over an inventory is raised.
Arrival and departure time
The apartment is ready from 4 p.m. and must be cleard before 11 a.m. You get two keys.
How it works
If you are interested, please use the mail form on this website. Please check the booking calendar before to make sure that your desired date is still free.
You will get two copies of the lease contract. Please send me one back. At the same time, please transfer the deposit. The reservation is valid only after receipt of this down payment.
You will get the keys upon arrival after paying the deposit.
A phone number will be given to you to contact the renter in case of an emergency.
